General Settings

General Settings allows users to manage Auto Propagation of Subscriptions, enable the Sandbox environment, edit Environment Names, configure Sandbox Endpoint Basepath and configure Workflows.

Configure General Settings​

  1. Navigate to the Global Configuration module's General Settings sub-module.

  1. Toggle the Auto Propagation of Subscription switch to enable or disable automatic propagation of subscriptions.

  2. Toggle the Auto Propagation of Plan switch to enable or disable automatic propagation of plans.

  3. Toggle the Show Sandbox environment switch to show or hide the Sandbox environment.

  4. Edit Environment Name as per the requirement.

The Sandbox Endpoint Basepath section appears only when the Show Sandbox environment toggle is enabled.

  • Enter the Sandbox Endpoint Basepath if applicable.

  1. Use the toggle button to enable or disable approvals for Admins, Approvers and Business users across artifacts such as APIs, API Packs, Usage Plans and Usage Policies.

  2. Click Save.

On saving, the confirmation message appears as shown below.
